超高射速转管炮新型低功耗凸轮曲线设计

摘    要:为了降低外能源超高射速转管炮驱动功率,建立了机心组动力学方程,分析了机心组加速度对驱动功率的影响,得出降低机心组加速度可有效降低转管炮所需驱动功率.经分析提出了大角度过渡、没有后直线段和斜直线段的新型凸轮曲线.计算结果表明,在10管9 000 min-1的射频下,该凸轮曲线能降低机心组驱动功率多达110 kW;且射速越高,对降低功耗作用越显著.

Abstract:In order to reduce the driven power of super-high firing ratio gatling gun,the bolt group's dynamic equation was established,and the effect of bolt group's acceleration on driven power was analyzed.The required driven power of gatling gun can be reduced effectively by reducing the acceleration of bolt group.The new type cam curve with large transitional angle and without rear dwell section and inclined straight line section was presented.The calculation result indicates that under the conditions of 10-barre...
