| Abstract: | This paper presents generally the development trend and the status of research for structural control of civil engineering under earthquake both at home and abroad. Some strategies and techniques, such as passive control, active control, hybrid control as well as semi- active cotrol, are introduced in detail.anwhile, the trends and some problems existing in the areas of structural control are discussed. |
