| 摘 要： | 直流锅炉燃料/给水比控制技术是火电机组正常运行的关键。通过分析燃水比控制的特性,在分析某台300 MW直流锅炉给水控制系统的基础上,设计将快速响应燃料率变化的辐射能信号引入直流炉给水控制系统。仿真研究表明,以机组中间点温度表征的控制回路,其机组燃水比调节的控制品质可以得到明显的改善。

| Abstract: | The control technology of once-through boiler is an important research task in thermal control field.According to the characteristics of feed-water control system in a once-through 300MW unit boiler,the furnace radiation signals can rapidly reflect the change of combustion rate,and used in this circuit.This method could be considerably used to improve the control quality of fuel-water ratio.Practicability and superiority are approved by the simulation results of intermediate point control. |
