Abstract:Electricity is regarded as the foundation of the national economy. It directly affects the national energy safety and the society development. Safe and stable power grids depend on ma- ture control technology. The progress of power system control determines the development of smart grids. It is of significant necessity to study on future power system control morphology. Firstly, the term control morphology is defined based on the analysis of its key characteristics. Then, it is analyzed that the major influence factors for control morphology, according to control morphology of modern power system. Finally, rational forecasting and plan of future power system control morphology is inferred.
