法律文本无主句英译探析

针对译界对法律文本英译汉的研究较多，但对汉译英这个领域的研究却相对薄弱的现状，探讨法律文本无主句的英译方法，并归纳出四种译法，即译成被动语态、补足主语、将非主语成分转化为主语成分和译成用it做形式主语。

The Translation of Sentences without Subjects in the Chinese Legal Texts into English

Legal translation involves the translation from English to Chinese and that from Chinese to English. There has been more researches on the former type while study on the latter type is inadequate. However, the need for legal translation from English to Chinese has been increasing with the development of economic exchanges between China and other countries. This paper is to discuss how to translate sen- tences without subjects in the Chinese legal texts into English. The translation techniques suggested here-by include the application of passive voice, the addition of subjects, the transition from non-subject structures into subjects and the addition of it as a form subject.
