高效液相色谱研究C.l.Reactive Blue 194的水解性能

摘    要:应用高效液相色谱研究异双官能团(VS/MCT)型活性染料C.I.Reactive Blue194在不同条件下的水解行为及其水解动力学,结果表明:C.I.Reactive Blue194的两个活性基VS和MCT在碱性下均发生水解,染料的主要水解产物有3种,即染料的VS、MCT活性基分别被水解及同时被水解的产物;同时,染料的水解过程中还伴随有亚胺基桥基的断裂。研究同时证实了C.I.Reactive Blue194的总水解反应为准一级动力学反应,随着pH和温度的增加,染料水解速率递增。

A Study on Hydrolysis of C.I. Reactive Blue 194 by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:The research uses high performance liquid chromatography to study hydrolysis behavior and hydrolysis kinetics of mixed hifunctional(VS/MCT)reactive dyes--C. I. Reactive Blue 194 in different conditions. The results show that: the two activity group(VS/MCT) of C. I. Reactive Blue 194 are hydro- lyzed under alkaline condition. There are three kinds of main hydrolysis products which are hydrolyzed by VS, MCT and both; simultaneously, the process of hydrolysis is accompanied by the fracture of imino bridge. The study also confirms that the hydrolysis of C. I. Reactive Blue 194 is a pseudo first-order reaction as long. With the increase of pH value and temperature, the hydrolysis rate of dye increases.
