| 摘 要： | 团体咨询是以心理学为基础的专业助人技术。部分高职学生由于成长过程中所遭遇的一些特定的挫折和压力,产生了适应不良等心理问题,辅导员如果能掌握应用团体咨询的理论与技术,可以有效地帮助学生学会自我认同,增进心理健康,增强社会适应能力。

| Abstract: | Group counseling is a technique of helping people based on psychology.Higher vocational college students have some typical psychological problems such as social maladjustment due to setbacks and pressure during their college days.Instructors can use activities of group counseling in everyday education and management to help students improve mental health and adapt effectively to the society. |
