棉针织物的防紫外整理及其服用性能检测

摘    要:采用TiO2与SiO2溶胶对棉针织物进行后整理实验,选出了防紫外整理的最优工艺,结果表明:当采用TiO2和SiO2质量比为2∶1、焙烘温度150℃、焙烘时间6min的工艺参数进行整理时,织物的紫外透过率最低.整理织物经过30次水洗之后,UVR仍保持在5%以下,且整理后织物仍保持较好的服用性能.

Abstract:TiO2 and SiO2 are employed to post-finish knitted cotton fabric so as to select the best processing method to produce ultraviolet-resistant fabric.The results show that the fabric has the lowest penetration of ultraviolet when mTiO 2 ∶ mSiO 2 = 2 ∶1,baking temperature is 150℃ and baking time is 6 minutes.And after 30 times washed,the fabric's UVR still remains below 5%,and the finished fabric still keep good wearability.
