化学加工过程对亚麻织物性能的影响

摘    要:采用不同化学加工亚麻纱及不同前处理的亚麻织物,测定了亚麻织物强力变化及硬挺程度变化.试验表明,亚麻织物化学加工工艺越长或条件越剧烈,亚麻织物的强力损失和重量损失越大,亚麻纤维"棉纤化"的程度越高,织物的硬挺程度下降,但亚麻织物的色光得到改善.建议根据亚麻织物的用途采用适当的化学加工过程.

Abstract:Different chemical processing is applied to flax yarn and flax fabrics with different pre-treatments to test the changes of strength and stiffness of the fabrics.Experiments show that with longer processing period or more intense processing conditions the flax fabrics show greater loss in strength and weight,the yarn more highly cottonized,the fabric less stiff,whereas the color improved.It is suggested that appropriate chemical processing should be selected according to specific purpose of the fabric.
