摘    要:螺杆挤出机是橡胶加工的主要设备之一,利用三维软件对其进行零件的参数化设计、零部件的装配及整机的动态模拟,能够实现零件与整机的交互式操作,方便设计人员在样机制造之前对机器做进一步优化设计,提高产品开发的成功率。

Three-dimensional Design and Dynamic Simulation of Φ75 Screw Extruding Machine
Abstract:The screw extruding machine was the main machine of processing rubber.The parts could be parameter-designed and assembled and the whole machine could be simulated by three-dimensional software,which could realize the interactive operation between the parts and machine.The optimum design was facilitated before the machine was manufactured,the machine rate of success was increased.
