摘    要:介绍了应用UG/NX软件对装载机驱动桥壳进行参数化设计的方法,并对某装载机建立了其前驱动桥壳的动力学模型。在考察其变形、强度和刚度的基础上,对影响桥壳强度和刚度的因素进行了设计研究,并进行了产品结构优化设计。和传统的设计方法相比,这种方法提高了精度和效率。

Abstract:This paper presents the parametric design method of loading machine transmission housing using UG/NX soft- ware.A dynamic model of loading machine front driving axle-housing of a specific vehicle is established.Based on the ob- servation on its distortion,studies of strenth and stiffness are carried out.Structural optimum design is also performed. Compared with the traditional design,this method enhances the accuracy and efficiency of driying axle-housing design.
