浅谈高速公路收费及其管理

高速公路工程建设投资巨大,建成后实行道路收费是筹集道路建设资金的主要渠道。目前我国高公路收费标准尚不统一,所以合理确定高速公路收费标准及提高管理和服务水平将具有非常现实的意义,本文对收费标准与总收入关系,收费标准与交通量的关系进行了分析,并作了系统设计及目前我国高速公路收费及管理现状等方面进行了阐述。

An Elementary Introduction to the Expressway Charge and Management

Because of the huge investment of the expressway construction.it is the main channels to carry out the expressway charge in order to raise money for the road construction funds.At present , the expressway charge standard in our country is not unifying,it has the practical significance to determine the expressway charge standard rationally and raise the expressway ,management ,and service level.This paper makes the analysis of relating the charge standard to the gross in come and the traffic volume and gives the systam design, and makes an exposition of the exsiting expressway charge and management conditions.
