| 摘 要： | 模糊函数是研究信号分辨的重要理论,它对无噪声环境下的分辨研究具有重要作用,但当存在噪声时,该方法易产生较大偏差。Cramer-Rao下限(CRLB)是无偏估计方差的下限,它特别适合于对估计器的性能分析。文中研究和分析了宽带信号的时间延迟和时间尺度估计的CRLB,以及它们与发射信号的关系。通过仿真对有效持续时间、均方带宽、发射信号形状等与时间延迟和时间伸缩估计的关系进行研究。文中研究结果对基于卡尔曼滤波器的小波变换域检测器相关器(WTD-EC)具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Ambiguity function is an important theory for signal resolving research,it has critical effect to resolve studying in non-noise environment.But it will bring biggish biased when there is noise existing.
