铝合金6063在双辊连铸条件下变形特性的研究

摘    要:通过双辊连铸条件下材料变形数学模型的建立,研究了铝合金在双辊连铸条件下的变形行为。定量分析了熔体流量,辊缝,凝固结束点位置对材料变形的影响。数学模型的计算结果表明,熔体流量对固相压力进而对轧制力产生极大的影响,流量的微小变动将引起轧制力很大的变化;连铸材料的变形抗力随凝固结束点位置的提高而增加。随辊缝的增大而减小。

Abstract:The deformation of Al alloy under the Twin-Roll continuous costing were studied by themathematic model of materials deformation,and the effcts of melt flow,roll gate and end of solidificationon the materials deformation were analyzed quantitatively.Computation results of mathematic modelshowed that the melt flow had vast influence on the solid phase pressure and rolling force The smaller themelt flow changed,the longer the rolling force altered,The resistence to deformation of continuous casti-ing materials was enhanced with an increase ofthe end of solidification and was inhibited with an increaseof roll gate
