| 摘 要： | 介绍了连铸中间包热喷涂料的研制过程，给出了热喷涂料的理化性能指标。所研制的喷涂料具有喷涂附着率高、干燥及烘烤过程中不开裂不剥落、吸附夹杂净化钢水能力强等特点，还具有使用寿命长，解体容易等优点。并介绍和分析了研制的热喷涂料的使用情况。
