摘    要:针对当前GIS技术的发展和电力系统送电线路设计需求的不断提高,本文研究了三维送电选线GIS系统建设的可行性和必要性,利用数字高程模型(DEM)、数字正射影像(DOM)、三维设备模型、海量数据处理等多种业界领先技术,通过断面图分析对杆塔进行排位优化,将三维模型、数字高程、断面图及其设备属性有机地结合起来,从而满足送电线路选线的需要。

Abstract:With the quick development of GIS technology and enhancing requirements of the power transmission lines design,the research of the necessity and feasibility of building the system was started.Many kinds of leading technologies in GIS field are employed,such as Digital Elevation Model(DEM),Digital Orthographic Map(DOM),the 3D equipment modeling,the enormous data processing,etc.When optimizing the position of the transmission towers in the sectional diagram,several kinds of data,which are 3D lines model,the Digital Elevation Model,the sectional diagram and the equipments' information,are compositely used to fit the requirements of choosing the transmission line path.
