基于应变设计的管道环焊缝缺陷评估

摘    要:基于应变设计的管道受轴向拉伸时,其环焊缝缺陷评估方法和评估参数的选用与通常基于应力设计管道的缺陷评估显著不同,这是由于基于应变设计管道其缺陷的失效与缺陷局部焊缝及母材特性等更多因素相关。评估方法基于断裂理论,以远场应变为限制条件预测和确定临界缺陷尺寸。

Abstract:When the strain-based design pipeline was stretched axially,the girth weld defects of the pipeline would be assessed with different methods from the general defect assessment procedures and the parameters used were different either.Because the defects failure of strain-based design pipeline related to the weld and pipe metal,and some more factors.The defect assessment procedures for strain-based design pipeline were based on fracture theories and could used to predict defect sizes by limiting condition of remote strain.
