摘    要:测定了16 Mn钢在海水腐蚀模拟试验装置中分别处于全浸区、潮差区、飞溅区的独立试片自腐蚀电位,和同时处于以上三个区域的电连接试片电偶电位和电偶电流以及它们的腐蚀速率。结果表明:独立试片和电连接试片腐蚀规律不同;处于不同区域的电连接试片间形成电偶腐蚀,全浸区独立试片在电偶中为阳极,潮差区试片和飞溅区试片在电偶中为阴极;全浸区独立试片腐蚀速率小于电连接试片,潮差区和飞溅区独立试片腐蚀速率大于电连接试片。

Abstract:The corrosion potential of 16 Mn steel respectively in the zones of full immersion, tide range and splash is measured by putting the independent test pieces put into sea water corrosion simulation test unit and the couple potential, couple current and their corrosion speed of the electrically connected test pieces in the above 3 zones are also measured. The result indicates that the corrosion regularity of independent test pieces and electrically connected test pieces is different; the couple corrosion is formed between electrically connected test pieces in different zones, the test piece in full immersion zones is anode in couple, the test piece in tide range and splash zones is cathode in couple; the corrosion speed of independent test piece in full immersion is less than the electrically connected test piece, the corrosion speed of independent test piece in tide range and splash zones is more than the electric connection test piece.
