隔夜茶水抑菌活性的研究

摘    要:采用滤纸片扩散法测定不同浓度的一道茶、二道茶在浸泡12 h后对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉、青霉四种微生物的抑制作用。一道茶、二道茶对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌有较明显的抑制作用,一道茶的抑制作用大于二道茶,对黑曲霉、青霉没有抑制作用。一道隔夜茶水对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.063 g/mL、0.077 g/mL。本实验证实了隔夜茶水的抑菌作用,为其变废为宝提供理论依据。

Abstract:This experiment used filter paper method to determine each kind of density of the tea standed for night't inhibitory action with E.coli,Bacillus subtilis.Aspergillus and Penicillium.The tea was the first and the second operation water immersed for 12 h,which had bacteriostat circle diameter and the bacteriostat effect was very obvious,the first operation water had the strongest inhibitroy effect,but it was not effective to Aspergillus and Penicillium.The minimum inhibit concentration(MIC) of the first operation water for E.coli,Bacillus subtilis were determined as 0.063 g/mL,and 0.077 g/mL.It was confirmed the tea standed for night had inhibitory action effect on bacteria,and provided the theoretical basis for making waste profitable.
