亚临界萃取回收橄榄果渣油的工艺研究

摘    要:以1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷作萃取溶剂,利用亚临界萃取技术,考察了提取橄榄果渣油提取回收最佳实验条件.采取单因素和三因素三水平正交实验,研究了不同原料粒度、萃取温度和时间对提取率的影响.结果表明当原料粒度为60目,温度为30℃,时间为45 min时萃取效果最好,提取率为93.75%.

Abstract:Choosing 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane as the extractive agent,the experiment studied the optimum conditions of subcritical extraction technology using in the extraction of olive pomace oil.The effect of different materials granularity,extration temperature and time on extraction ratio was studied by using single factor test and three factors three levels orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows.The materials granularity was 60 mash;subcirtical extraction temperature was 30℃;and extraction time was 45min.Under these conditions,the extraction ratio of olive pomace oil was 93.75%.
