摘    要:研究木兰科植物滇桂木莲鲜叶精油化学成分,开发其在医药、香料和化妆品行业的用途。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取滇桂木莲鲜叶精油,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析精油成分。共检测出52种化合物,检出量达97%,其中约70%为高沸点状态下出峰。含量较高的五种物质为4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮(8.50%)、反式-橙花叔醇(...

Abstract:The chemical substance of essential oil from fresh leaves of Manglietia forrestii,which was magnoliaceous species,was studied.The application of Manglietia forretii in medicine,frangrance and cosmetic were developped.High boiling point substances take up to 70% in all 52 kinds of compounds(97%) detected.2-Pentanone,4-hydroxy-4-methyl-(8.50%),Trans-Nerolidol(7.95%),τ-Cadinol(6.74%),α-Terpineol(6.38%),and Cubenol(5.01%) were the five main constituents.
