钙钛矿型LaFeO_3TiO_2复合光催化剂的制备和表征

摘    要:半导体多相光催化氧化作为高级氧化技术之一,能处理多种污染物,特别对生物难降解有机污染物具有很好的氧化降解作用。本文研究了溶胶—凝胶法制备钙钛矿型LaFeO3/TiO2复合光催化剂,并利用XRD和紫外-可见光谱对其进行了表征和催化活性评价。结果表明:在实验条件为pH=1.0,复合LaFeO3浓度为0.2%,煅烧时间为2 h,煅烧温度600℃、光照时间为60 min时光催化剂对甲基橙溶液降解效果相对最好。

Abstract:Heterogeneous photo catalytic oxidation by semiconductor catalyst was one of a few advanced oxidation processes.LaFeO3/ TiO2 as the light source in photo catalytic reaction were synthesized by sol-gel method,then adopting XRD and UV-Vis to text and to evaluate its photo catalytic activity.The result showed that the relative effectiveness of methyl orange solution decompounded was the best with pH=1.0,Fe3+ concentration 0.2%,calcinations time 2 h,calcinations temperature 600 ℃,and illumination time 60 min.
