摘    要:研究富铬盐藻藻粉(DSC)对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的影响.将小鼠随机分成3组:模型组、藻粉组和正常对照组.采用灌胃方式连续灌胃56°酒精6周,建立小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,测定谷草转氨酶(AST/GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT/GPT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(A)在血清中的含量,计算肝脏指数.结果表明,藻粉...

Abstract:The protective effects of Dunaliella salina containing chromium on hepatic injury induced by alcohol in mice were investigated The Kunming mice were divided into three groups,including model group,Dunaliella salina containing chromium group and control group.The liver injury model was induced by consecutive intragastric injection of 56 degrees wine during 6 weeks.The activities of serum aspartate aminot ransferase(AST/GOT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT/GPT),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),the content of total protein(TP) and albumin(A) in blood serum were measured and the liver index was calculated.Dunaliella salina containing chromium significantly inhibited the activities of ALT,AST,AKP in serum(P<0.05),and decreased the content of total protein(TP).And the content of albumin(A) in blood serum were increased.Dunaliella salina containing chromium showed protective effect on the acute hepatic injury induced by alcohol.
