钴钼系耐硫变换催化剂硫化工艺的选择和应用

摘    要:钴钼系耐硫变换催化剂的硫化对于催化剂的应用非常重要,硫化效果的好坏直接影响催化剂的变换率、活性稳定性和使用寿命。耐硫变换催化剂的硫化有一次通过法和气体循环法两种不同的工艺,通过对这两种不同硫化工艺的阐述和实际应用对比,发现最优的硫化方案,利于指导厂家的实际应用。

Abstract:It was very important for the application of curing of cobalt-molybdenum sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst.Sulfide effection directly affected the catalytic conversion rate,stability and activity life.There were two different process of one time pass and gas cycle for the sulfide of sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst.By elaboration and practical application contrast of these two different curing process,the best curing solution was got,which was helpful for guiding the practical application of the manufacturers.
