| 摘 要： | 电子废物数量大、增长速度快、难以处置,已经成为了一个不可忽视的环境问题。介绍部分发达国家及发展中国家的电子废物立法情况,发达国家典型电子废物循环体系、发展中国家电子废物循环体系,并通过对比两种循环体系,寻求更完善的电子废物循环体系。最后,介绍电子废物的越境转移现状及其优缺点。

| Abstract: | As e-waste was difficult to dispose and its amount was increasing at a fast pace,it became an environmental problem which should not be neglected.The e-waste legislation in some developed countries and developing countries,as well as the typical e-waste circulation system both in the developed countries and the developing countries were introduced.Comparing the two kinds of circulation system,perfect e-waste circulation system was sought.Finally,the present situation of e-waste transboundary movements and its advantages and disadvantages were described. |
