| 摘 要： | 制备了不同相容剂含量的玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯,并对其力学性能进行分析,初步探讨了机理。结果表明,作为相容剂,聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐的用量为3%～4%较合适,并对玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯材料的耐温性、抗老化性以及加工性能分别进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene with different compatilizer content was prepared,their mechanical properties were analyzed,and their mechanism was discussed.The experimental results showed that polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride 3%~4% by weight was better,as compatilizer of glass fiber reinforced-polypropylene was suitable for the composite.The thermal resistance,ageing resistance and processability of the glass fiber reinforced PP were also discussed. |
