杭州地区建筑节能调研与改造技术

摘    要:分析了国外低碳建筑物的特点,认为杭州建筑物节能需要因地制宜.在分析杭州综合环境的基础上,通过举例所调研建筑物,找到过去建筑节能上的一些问题,提出解决方法,其中可再生能源利用是可行之道,另外需要加强节能监测体系建立,以及一套综合节能措施,并对今后的建筑节能发展提供展望.

Abstract:The integrated environment Hangzhou is analyzed and the comprehensive approaches building energy conservation are discussed in the paper based on the characteristics of foreign low-carbon constructions.The relative measures are put forward based on the past experiences and defects on energy-saving buildings. It's pointed out that the renewable energy is a feasible way to strengthen building energy conservation,combined with a set of comprehensive energy-saving monitor system.
