金刚石聚晶技术与发展

摘    要:人造金刚石聚晶具有接近金刚石单晶的硬度和耐磨性,其韧性、可加工性和价格等方面具有明显优势,在加工非铁金属和非金属材料中得到越来越广泛的应用。文章介绍了聚晶金刚石的性能特点、评价指标和检测方法,对两种典型的烧结工艺及其技术特点进行了概述,通过跟金刚石单晶及其它超硬材料在性能和价格上的比较,介绍了在具有比较优势的刀具、磨具和宝石加工方面的应用。提出了加快我国金刚石聚晶产业发展的思路:PCD产品必须充分发挥现有设备、技术特点并开拓新的应用领域,PDC产品必须采用STCR法,并扩大合成腔体、降低成本、提高产品技术含量。

Abstract:The use of polycrystalline diamond in nonferrous and non-metal materials is increasing recent years due to its obvious advantages of the hardness close to mono crystal diamond, abrasion resistance property, toughness, easy to process and low price.The paper discussed the property,evaluation criterion and measurement of polycrystalline diamond. It introduced two typical sintering technologies and compared the performance and the price of PCD with mono crystal and other superhard materials, some superious cutting and grounding tools and their application in gemstone cutting, proposed ideas of speeding up development of polycrystalline diamond industry in China, making full use of existing equipment and improving the technology to widen its application field.STCR should be applied to PCD product and the synthetic chamber be enlarged so as to futher lower production cost and update the technology.
