软土地基上筒状基础的抗弯承载力分析

摘    要:在软土地基上建造风力发电机,首先要解决的问题就是降低基础造价。筒状基础具有结构简单、施工方便、造价低等特点,可代替传统的桩基,降低造价。本文利用MSC.Marc有限元软件对不同埋深条件下软土地基上的筒状基础进行三维有限元分析,并将有限元分析得到的抗弯承载力与通过单管塔规范计算公式得到的结果进行了比较,得出单管塔规范所采用的简化计算方法是可行的。通过对16m埋深条件下的桩的侧向土压力和侧摩阻力的有限元分析,表明简化方法采用的基本假定和受力机制是合理的。

Abstract:Before building wind generation tower on the soft clay foundation, the first important problem is to decrease the cost of the foundation. The ring foundation has simple structure and low cost, and is easy to construct as well. It is a good choice to replace the traditional pile foundation to decrease the cost. In this paper ,four ring foundations which have different embedding depth was simulated by MSC. Marc software, according to the results of the finite element analysis, it is verified that the function presented by the Technic Specification for Steel Communication Monopole is available. The earth pressure and pile side friction of the 16m long pile in the finite element analysis indicate that the basic assumption and mechanism proposed by the Technic Specification for Steel Communication Monopole is reasonable.
