摘    要:介绍了一种既能节电无噪音运行又能实现无弧分断的新型交流接触器,即将电力电子器件IGBT、可控硅模块等应用于交流接触器的控制回路和主回路,以实现接触器节电无噪音运行、无弧分断的功能。给出了这种新型交流接触器的设计、工作原理、分析及结论。

Abstract:A novel AC contactor to achieve power saving noiseless operating and arcless interruption was introduced which differ from common AC contactor, that is apply the electric power and electron element IGBT and SCR module to the control circuit and the main circuit of AC contactor so as to achieve power saving noiseless operating and arcless interruption, the design, operating principle, design analysis and conclusion of the novel AC contactor were also given.
