摘    要:设计实现了动态可拓展收费系统中计重信息处理及栏杆机控制单元,3种工作模式可选,单个车道的收费单元可扩展到4个,上电后进行收费拓展,关闭电源则恢复正常收费状态,使用方便,模式切换简单.该单元提高了高速公路收费站收费效率,在解决高速公路收费站堵车问题的同时,实现了经加密的计重信息的无线发布,通过802.11b无线网络覆盖整个收费站区,通过手持POS(电子收款机系统)和车道控制器同时对客货车混合收费,同时栏杆机控制单元和车道控制器并行控制栏杆,大大提高了收费站的车辆通行速度,收费人员的人身安全和工作效率.

Abstract:A unit of weight processor and barrier controller in the portable and extendable tolling system is presented in this paper.Three alternative working modes are easily to handle and switch.Single tolling units in a tolling house can be extended to four;toll can be expanded after power up;normal toll state can be resumed after power off.This unit alleviates the traffic jam pressure at thruway toll-gate,and at the same time realizes the wireless transmission for the encrypted weight information.With the 802.11b wireless net covered the overall toll area,mixed tolling work for both car and truck and the barrier/carriageway management can be controlled By selecting portable POS or toll lane controller to process the tolling and controlling the barrier of hybrid vehicle sequence,which enormously improve the passing speed for vehicles at tolling house,and meanwhile enhance the personal security and working efficiency for toll staff.
