摘    要:随着城市建设的蓬勃发展,城市地下铁道的建设已经越来越受到人们的重视.而在地下铁道的建设过程中必然会对地面已有建筑物产生一定的影响,尤其是在繁华地段下面进行隧道开挖,其安全性要求更高.以北京地铁十号线某区间段的地铁开挖过程为例,在详细研究该区工程地质条件和地铁设计参数的基础上,采用FLAC3D工程分析软件对地铁开挖过程及其引发的临近建筑地基的变形规律进行了数值模拟,研究了不同施工工序对建筑地基带来的影响与相应的变形特征.通过数值模拟,合理设计地铁开挖步序和方法,提出重点监测部位和有效的控制技术,指导地铁安全施工,减少对临近建筑地基的影响,避免造成建筑物的严重损伤.

Abstract:With the development of urbanization, the construction of subway is more and more regarded by people. The adjacent structure must be affected during the construction process of subway, especially when the tunnel is excavated under the downtown district, while the security requirement is higher. Based on the detailed study of geological conditions and design parameters, this paper takes some sections of line no. 10 of Beijing subway for example, uses FlAC3d software to simulate the excavation process and foundation deformation for adjacent structure induced by excavation. The effect and corresponding deformation character of foundation under different construction procedure are researched. Step and method of subway excavation are designed rationally by numerical simulation, important monitoring places and effective control technology are presented. The conclusion is useful for guiding the security of tunnel construction, reducing its effect on foundation of adjacent structure, and avoiding serious damage of building.
