| 摘 要： | 概述了高速钢复合轧辊的机械性能、组织状态、制造方法及使用情况。高速钢复合轧辊，由于芯部使用高韧性材质，表面为高合金材质，从而使轧辊具有优良的耐磨性，耐热疲劳性能，大大提高了轧辊使用寿命，改善了轧材表面质量。

| Abstract: | The mechanical properties,structure states, making method and ser-vice effects are briefly introduced.The core of high roughness material and surface ofhigh alloyed meterial of high speed compound roll make it have good wear resistanceand heat fatigue resistance,improving obviously service life of roll and surface quality ofrolled products. |
