电动机智能控制器的应用

摘    要:目前,大部分抽油机都是以电动机为动力,当油井产液量变化时,电动机的输出功率不能做出相应变化,以达到节能的目的.基于此,孤岛采油厂试验使用了抽油机智能控制器,它是一种结合了电动机控制、信号检测和嵌入式控制等多方面先进技术的电气设备.对该智能控制器的发展情况、结构组成和系统功能作了详细介绍,还介绍了现场试验情况及其节能效益.

Abstract:The electrical motor is widely used in driving beam-pumping unit. But the electrical motor cannot be responded to the change caused by down hole fluid output and the energy-saving cannot be reached. For this reason, an intelligent controller was developed and used onsite for beam-pumping unit in Gudao Production Plant, which is a combination of motor control, signal detecting and build-in control. A detailed introduction of its development trend, structure and system function is given. The onsite test and the energy-saving are introduced as well.
