摘    要:以柠檬酸为络合剂,通过sol-gel法制备了Ba3.99Sm9.34Ti18O54陶瓷前驱体;经1100℃预烧2h压片成型后,再在1300℃保温3h,即得到了烧结致密的陶瓷样品。与传统固相法相比,其烧结温度降低了50℃,且陶瓷晶粒细小,晶粒分布均匀,具有更加优良的微波介电性能:εr=79.56,Q·f=9636GHz(4.71GHz),τf=–1.23×10–6/℃。

Abstract:Ba_(3.99)Sm_(9.34)Ti_(18)O_(54) ceramic precursor was prepared by sol-gel method with citric acid as the chelating agent.The precursor was calcined for 2 h at 1 100 ℃ and then pressed into disc.After sintering the disc at 1 300 ℃ for 3 h, high density Ba_(3.99)Sm_(9.34)Ti_(18)O_(54) ceramic was obtained.In comparison with Ba_(3.99)Sm_(9.34)Ti_(18)O_(54) ceramic prepared by traditional solid-state method, the ceramic prepared by sol-gel method shows a 50 ℃ lower sintering temperature, uniformly distributed fine grains, and more excellent microwave dielectric properties with ε_r = 79.56, Q·f = 9 636 GHz (at 4.71 GHz) and τ_f = -1.23×10~(-6)/ ℃.
