摘    要:采用HNO3∶HClO4(4+1)分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定胖大海中的微量元素Fe、Mn的含量。结果表明胖大海中微量元素Fe、Mn含量丰富,分别为43.8750μg/g、244.625μg/g,RSD<2.700%,回收率在96.90%~105.0%。

Abstract:Using HNO3:HCLO4(4+1) to digest the samples,Fe and Mn in Sterculia scaphigera Wall content were determined with flame atomic absorption spectrometric,and the results showed that Fe,Mn traceelements of the rich content were 43.8750 μg/g,244.625 μg/g,RSD3.05%,respectively,and the recovery was in 96.9%~105%.
