摘    要:罗汉果样品经加HNO3后利用微波消解进行前处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)直接测定试液中的Pb和As,并对ICP-MS工作参数进行了优化和选择。为校正响应信号的变化及消除基体效应和仪器漂移的影响,仪器分析过程中选用Rh做内标溶液。方法测定Pb和As具有良好的线性关系,检出限低(<0.05μg/g),并且标准加入回收率在95%~105%之间。

Abstract:The Siraitia Grosvenorii samples were digested with HNO3 by microwave technology,and the sample solutions were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS) directly.In order to get rid of the matrix effect and instrument drift effectively,Rh solution was selected as internal standard solution during the analysis process.This method held well linear relationship.The detection limit was less than 0.05 μg/g and the recovery was between 95%~105%.
