| 摘 要： | 在矿山井下复杂的环境中 ,人因事故已成了矿山事故的主流。文章讨论了人因事故的概念、形成及主要构成因素 ,根据煤矿生产系统中存在的危险因素 ,应用事故致因理论和FTA原理 ,建立了矿山人因事故发生的逻辑模型。为便于矿山对人因事故的调查分析及预防 ,对矿山人因事故进行了初步分类

| Abstract: | Personel accidents have become most part of mine accidents in mine complicated condition.The conception,formation and composing factors of personel accident are discussed in this article.According to the hazard factors existed in coal mine production system,the logical model of mine personel accidents is established by applying accident theory and FTA theory.Mine personel accidents are classified simply for the investigation and prevention. |
