摘    要:建立了受传递误差和时变啮合刚度激励的星型齿轮传动的间隙型多自由度非线性动力学模型 ,并用自适应变步长 Gill数值方法进行了求解。结合 Poincaré映射和相平面研究了系统在不同外载荷情况下的各类稳态响应及其动力学分岔特性。通过分析各齿轮副的动载荷系数变化规律讨论了各齿轮副啮合状态在非冲击、单边冲击以及双边冲击状态之间的转化过程和外载荷的关系。发现系统的非谐响应在很大程度上依赖外载荷的大小 ,轻载下星型齿轮传动系统易于出现脱啮、齿背冲击和载荷不均匀现象 ,从而会导致较大的动载荷和混沌噪声。

Abstract:A clearance-type nonlinear dynamic model on star gear system, excited by static transmission errors and time-varying stiffness, is established in this paper. A variable step-size Gill integration algorithm is employed to solve the governed differential equations. Based on Poincaré maps and phase plane plots, both the steady-state responses and their bifurcations are investigated by changing the external loads. The dynamic load factors of meshing gear pairs are analyzed to demonstrate the effects of external load on the change of meshing states among no-impact, single-sided impact and double-sided impact state. It is concluded that the appearance of non-harmonic response depends on the value of external load in some extent. Tooth separation, back collision and load unbalance are prone to appear in the lightly loaded star gear system which will induce larger dynamic load and chaotic noise.
