等离子原位合成Ni-Al基金属间化合物涂层的研究

摘    要:通过高温等离子光束激发不同配比的Ni、Al、Fe混合粉产生原位反应,利用扫描电镜(SEM)对原位反应获得的涂层的显微结构进行观察.并利用XRD进行成分分析.结果表明,实验获得的金属间化合物结构致密,并与基体呈冶金结合,其中质量比为1:1的Ni、Al混合粉末熔覆涂层的主要成分为NiAl,而加人Fe后得到的涂层成分为NiAl和Fe_3Al两种金属问化合物涂层.

Abstract:Plasma excitation Was used for in-situ synthesis of Ni-Al intermetallic coating.The microstmeture and composition of the coating Were observed and analyzed with SEM and XRD.The results show that the coating has fine microstructure,when mass percent of Ni powder and Al powderis 1:1,the microstructure of the intermetallic coating is mainly composed of NiAl.Adding reasonable content of Fe to Ni and Al mixed power,the cladding coating is mainly composed of NiAi and Fe_3Al.
