开路式轴向柱塞泵最佳自冷却的探讨

摘    要:在开路式轴向柱塞泵白冷却分析的基础上,针对泵中缸体与配油盘副、滑靴与斜盘副、以及柱塞和缸体副发热量不同,按各摩擦副不同的发热量,分配不同比例的自冷却流量,这种设计方法称最佳自冷却设计。实践证明,冷却效果非常理想,同时也为今后轴向柱塞泵的自冷却设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the self-cooling of the open-circuit axial plunger pump,in light of the different calorific capacity of barrel and flat valve pair,shoe pair and angle plate pair,plunger and barrel pair in the pump,the self-cooling discharge was distributed in accordance with the different calorific capacity of the friction pairs through the optimal self-cooling design.It is proved that this design can produce ideal cooling effect,meanwhile,it provides the theoretical foundation for the self-cooling design of the axial plunger pump in the future.
