摘    要:在云原生技术快速发展的背景下,电信行业通过云原生化实现云、网、应用和新技术的相互融合、互相赋能,是5G时代助力电信行业高质量"数智化"转型和实现业务创新的重要手段.为此,国内各运营商近年陆续经历了从IaaS到PaaS,到目前开始全面拥抱云原生,大大提升了应用开发和运营管理能力.本文将建立一套可量化的云原生亲和度标准指标衡量体系和方法,从业务需求和技术架构两个角度评估应用适不适合云原生开发,适不适合上容器云,并且从技术平台和组织流程两个角度评估上云能力.

Abstract:In the context of the rapid development of cloud native technology in the industry, the telecom industry realizes the integration and mutual empowerment of cloud, network, application and new technology through cloud native biochemistry, which is an important means to help the telecom industry with high-quality "digital intelligence" transformation and realize business innovation in the 5g era. To this end, domestic operators have successively experienced from IAAs to PAAS in recent years, and now begin to fully embrace cloud native application practice, greatly improving the ability of application development and operation management. At the same time, in the process of construction and promotion, we are also faced with "which applications are suitable for the cloud?" "Which applications are suitable for cloud native?" Problems. This study will establish a set of quantifiable cloud native affinity standard index measurement system and method, evaluate whether the application is suitable for cloud native development and container cloud from the perspectives of business requirements and technical architecture, and evaluate the cloud capability from the perspectives of technical platform and organizational process.
