摘    要:以挖掘机用九柱塞双联轴向柱塞泵为模型,利用AMESim液压仿真平台对泵的液压系统进行仿真分析,得到液压泵的压力、流量和效率等变量特性.根据双联泵系统特性,搭建双联泵液压系统仿真模型,分析不同负载信号下的上述各项变量特性.通过搭建的试验台进行试验验证,分析测试结果.结合仿真结果,对液压系统作出较完善仿真分析,为该泵的进一...

Abstract:The nine-plunger dual axial plunger pump for excavators was used as a model, the hydraulic system of the pump was simulated and analyzed by using the AMESim hydraulic simulation platform to obtain the variable characteristics of hydraulic pump pressure, flow rate and efficiency. According to the characteristics of the dual pump system, a simulation model of the dual pump hydraulic system was built to analyze the characteristics of the above variables under different load signals. The experiment verification was carried out through the experimental platform built, and the test results were analyzed. Combined with the simulation results, a more complete simulation analysis of the hydraulic system was made, which provided reference for further research on the pump.
