| 摘 要： | 随着海外电力市场的竞争日益加剧，海外电力EPC总承包项目的HSE管理已成为电力企业争夺市场的重要筹码。通过对海外电力EPC总承包项目HSE管理特点及存在的问题的分析，进而提出了改善海外电力EPC总承包项目HSE管理的措施，可为我国企业改进海外电力EPC项目的HSE管理提供参考。
