Research and Practice of Location Capability Based on Cross-domain Data

Based on the construction of high-precision location capabilities, this paper adopts MR positioning algorithm to realize the automatic evaluation of the value of the cell, and form a general middle-level service capability, supporting a wealth of upper-level applications, and has wide range of applicability.
