| 摘 要： | 本文以中国移动为例,由介绍各省公司公文系统的现状和集中化背景入手,说明公文集中化系统建设的必要性。文中详细介绍中国移动公文集中化业务、技术两方面的建设思路,最后重点介绍了建设思路中的公文业务支撑模式、VIP用户服务保障方案、公文应用动态部署与扩展、高可用容灾技术和国产化等多方面来探讨公文集中化的可行性方案。

| Abstract: | The article takes China Mobile as an example to introduce the current situation and centralized background of the company"s official document system in each province, and to explain the necessity of the construction of the centralized document system. The article introduces the construction ideas of China Mobile"s official document centralized service and technology in detail. Finally, it focuses on the supporting model of the official document service, VIP user service guarantee scheme, dynamic deployment and expansion of official document applications, high availability disaster recovery technology, and domestic production To explore the feasibility of centralization of official documents. |
