基于整槽偏移对齿槽转矩和铁心损耗的研究

摘    要:为削弱电动汽车轮毂电机的齿槽转矩和铁心损耗,提出一种基于定子整槽偏移的方法对上述问题进行研究。推导电动汽车轮毂电机齿槽转矩和铁心损耗计算公式,确定轮毂电机的参数,建立轮毂电机几何模型;将各个不同偏角的模型导入有限元仿真模型中,分别对齿槽转矩和铁心损耗进行仿真计算,并验证模型的正确性。结果表明:整槽偏移角为3°时的轮毂电机模型,其齿槽转矩和铁心损耗均能取到最优值,且齿槽转矩降低幅度约为98%、铁心损耗降低幅度约为65%、一次谐波降低幅度约为96%。仿真结果验证了基于定子整槽偏移的方法对齿槽转矩、铁心损耗和一次谐波具有明显的抑制作用。所提方法为电动汽车轮毂电机齿槽转矩和铁心损耗的优化设计提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to weaken the cogging torque and core loss of the electric vehicle hub motor, a method based on the stator slot offset was proposed to analyze the above problems. The formulas for calculating the cogging torque and core loss of the electric automobile hub motor were derived, the parameters of the hub motor were determined and the geometric model of the hub motor was established; the models with different deflection angles were imported into the finite element simulation model,the cogging torque and core loss were simulated respectively and the correctness of the model was verified. The results show that when the offset angle of the entire slot is 3°, the optimal values of the cogging torque and core loss of the hub motor model can be take, and the reduction of cogging torque is about 98%, the reduction of core loss is about 65%, and the reduction of the first harmonic is about 96%. The simulation results verify that the method based on the stator full slot offset has obvious suppression effect on cogging torque, iron core loss and the first harmonic. The proposed method provides reference value for the optimal design of the cogging torque and core loss of the electric vehicle hub motor.
