IT系统运维能力成熟度评估模型研究和实践

随着运营商IT系统云化转型的不断深入，系统规模也越来越大，传统依赖人工的运维手段逐渐向自动化、智能化的运维手段转变，但目前还没有一个标准化的评估标准和机制，难以准确衡量运营商各省公司和各专业公司在运维方面的能力水平。本研究的目标是通过对智能化、自动化运维场景的分析研究，结合商IT系统运维现状，建立一个普适性的标准模型，并制订移动运营商运维能力的成熟度评估方法，为提升移动运营商的运维水平打下坚实基础。
