Abstract:In order to solve the pain points in the management control of high-frequency faults and the difficulty in the pressure-drop of high-frequency work orders, a pre-archiving function has been added to the existing work order archiving process. At the same time, through the statistical analysis of the network element failure alarm duration historical data, the distribution rule of the same network element and the same alarm recurrence interval is explored, and a mathematical model is established to set the observation period time, so that the time of the work order in the pre-archiving link is scientific and reasonable , which can avoid multiple dispatching of work orders for the same fault, and also realize the process of controlling high-frequency faults.
