基于OTT大数据的质差终端定位方法研究与实践

摘    要:传统的移动通信质差终端定位方法主要依赖于人工拨测、终端信令数据分析和用户投诉数据分析。本文通过关联用户信令数据、OTT数据、MR数据等进行综合分析,实时定位终端位置。同时结合栅格分析,有效对比不同栅格内的终端无线质量情况,实现质差终端定位。通过现场实践验证,识别成功率满足日常工作,将为网络终端质量分析提供一种高效的评估方法。

Abstract:Traditional mobile communication terminal location methods mainly rely on manual dial test, terminal signaling data analysis and user complaint data analysis. In this paper, through the comprehensive analysis of associated user signaling data, Ott data and MR data, any terminal location in the whole network can be located in real time. At the same time, combined with grid analysis, the wireless quality of terminals in different grids is effectively compared to achieve poor quality terminal positioning. Through field practice, the identification success rate meets the daily work, and provides an efficient evaluation method for network terminal quality analysis.
